A 40 year old female resident of house No 7946 at extension 10 Alexandra was shot at her home.
It is alleged that the deceased answered a knock on their door after they heard people shouting the name of Madala and the deceased opened the door.
Without saying a word they opened a hail of bullets and they ran into the darkness of the night.
She was rushed to a nearby clinic by a neighbour’s car but she died on the arrival. The male is a prominent member of SANCO and is rumoured to be behind the eviction of undocumented residents in that area.
